The position of Aryan marriage in the Islamic family
jurisprudence system
Abstract
With the advent and spread of Islam in Iran, many Iranian customs
and traditions in individual and social relations underwent serious
changes. Marriage is one of the social covenants that has taken on a new
form in the face of these changes. In recent years, however, many young
Iranians have replaced their religious traditions with a new one called the
"Aryan contract" in order to return to their former traditions. But after a
while, due to the belief in the illegitimacy of this contract, this work was
strongly opposed by the government and was banned by law. In this

article, we intend to critique and evaluate the legitimacy of this contract
based on the teachings of Islam by analyzing its content. By studying this
article, it can be seen that the mere emergence of the Aryan contract and
religious contract, is not considered as a reason for its illegitimacy;
Rather, this contract has all the necessary pillars and legal conditions in
the validity of the marriage contract.
