The position of Aryan marriage in the Islamic family
            jurisprudence system
                 Abstract
                 With the advent and spread of Islam in Iran, many Iranian customs
            and traditions in individual and social relations underwent serious
            changes. Marriage is one of the social covenants that has taken on a new
            form in the face of these changes. In recent years, however, many young
            Iranians have replaced their religious traditions with a new one called the
            "Aryan contract" in order to return to their former traditions. But after a
            while, due to the belief in the illegitimacy of this contract, this work was
            strongly opposed by the government and was banned by law. In this
       هداوناخ و نانز یقوقح و یهقف نیون همانشهوژپ some differences in the appearance of its implementation with the
            article, we intend to critique and evaluate the legitimacy of this contract
            based on the teachings of Islam by analyzing its content. By studying this
            article, it can be seen that the mere emergence of the Aryan contract and

            religious  contract,  is  not  considered  as  a  reason  for  its  illegitimacy;
            Rather, this contract has all the necessary pillars and legal conditions in
            the validity of the marriage contract.
