A Study of the Religious Foundations of Population Policies and
the Limits of the Islamic State's Intervention in Family Privacy
Abstract
The dominance of monotheistic vision over all aspects of individual
and social life and the fundamental role of belief in the principles and
sub-principles of Islam is one of the most important principles of
religious policy in various areas of human life. In the theory of public
law governing the legal system of Iran, the government of the Islamic
Republic of Iran according to the fourth principle of the Constitution can
not be indifferent in designing social, economic and family issues to
religious priorities and civil, criminal, economic, cultural laws and
regulations, Military, political and others must be based on Islamic
standards. In addition, according to Article 72 of the Constitution, the همانشهوژپ

religious norms. In Islamic culture, the search and investigation of the
private affairs of others has been introduced as a reprehensible and
disgusting thing, and the observance and protection of this privacy,
except in special cases, is necessary even for government officials. The
