Criminal Challenges of the Bill on the Protection, Dignity and
Security of Women against Violence
Abstract
The Bill on the Protection, Dignity and Security of Women against
Violence is a response to legal loopholes in which women's rights have
long been violated and there is no safeguard for adequate protection.
Regardless of the legal and criminal considerations provided for in this
bill, the drafters of this bill have sought to develop a comprehensive
criminal policy to protect women against violence. This article, which
has been written by analytical-descriptive research method and using
library tools, has come to the conclusion that in designing this bill, an

and secondly, if it occurs, women should be effectively provided with
